Our goal is to empower and inspire you to take an active role in your local community, aiming to improve the quality of life for everyone around you and boost local social, economic, and environmentally sustainable development with your ideas.

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONs
You must be between 15 and 24 years old and have a good idea or practical solution.
You must be a legal resident in one of the nine outermost regions.
You must develop activities with or targeting young people and be legally based in one of the nine EU outermost regions.
Your proposed actions must be led by a team of young people aged 15-24.
ABOUT YOUR ACTION
Your action should focus on making your community a better place, no matter the topic. Of course, you can align your actions with important goals such as the green and digital transition, socio-economic recovery, social rights, and seeking to promote equality and inclusion.
Your action should benefit your local community. Your action can also, alternatively, be developed in cooperation with other communities and individuals from your region, other outermost regions, neighboring countries or territories and with continental European Union. All combinations are possible.
You can submit your action proposal in four languages:
French, Portuguese, Spanish or English
